Join Children's Wisconsin as a Remote Applications Analyst - Epic Resolute Billing, where you will support, configure, and implement solutions within Epic Resolute Billing to enhance revenue cycle performance and drive high-quality patient care operations.

Location: Remote

What you will do:
Provides support, analysis, configuration, development, testing and implementation services for Resolute Billing Epic module(s). This may also include other related applications. Analyzes, develops, tests and implements solutions while adhering to Change Control and Testing methodologies and all other related CHW documentation standards.


Essential Functions
- Ensures the stability, reliability and performance of the assigned applications by having a basic understanding of the operational workflow, integration points and technical components.
- Maintains working relationships with application vendor(s), aware of contracted SLA's, and establishes appropriate prioritization of requests and issues.
- Performs issue resolution, user requirement gathering for enhancements, updates/upgrades and new functionality.
- Meets or exceeds service level agreements in relation to resolution of customer issues. This includes collaboration with third party resources, operations and other IS teams. Responds quickly and appropriately to customer service requests.
- Problem solving: develops solutions to a variety of problems with moderate scope and complexity.
- Discretion/latitude: works under general direction, participates in determining objectives of assigned work, and reviews work for overall adequacy in meeting objectives. Plans, schedules, and arranges own activities to accomplish work.
- Analytical insight: aware of integration points with other applications and downstream systems, able to use basic tools to run requested reports, works with internal teams to develop workflows, and applies best practices. Documents application build, workflows, and vendor information for team resource.
- Systems thinking: with guidance, identifies and works toward the accomplishment of personal, department, and organizational goals. Demonstrates awareness of the holistic interrelationships that exist within and across health care systems. Supports the strategic initiatives of the health system.
- Collaboration/liaison: works in partnership with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve optimal and realistic outcomes. Leads small to medium sized initiatives following established project management methodologies. Recognized by others as a resource for the team within the department.
- Response to diversity: understands/recognizes that each individual is unique, demonstrates appreciation of individual differences and seeks to understand different perspectives and cultures.

What you will need:
Requires a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent demonstrated knowledge.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Epic Resolute Billing certification preferred.Must continue to maintain certifications.

Strong Project Management skills as demonstrated by leading small or medium projects.

Experience with Microsoft Office tools and applications. Demonstrated analytical skills.
