As we expand and modernize our digital ecosystem, we're seeking a highly skilled Epic PB Advanced Application Analyst to support and enhance our Epic Resolute Hospital Billing application.
This fully remote role is open to candidates residing in Florida and offers the opportunity to directly impact revenue cycle performance across the health system.
What You'll Do
  • Maintain, support, and enhance the Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) application with a focus on community connect configuration.
  • Diagnose, triage, and resolve incidents and problems related to Epic PB functionality.
  • Partner with Revenue Cycle Operations, IS teams, and project stakeholders on enhancements, system optimization, and workflow improvements.
  • Participate in system upgrades and new functionality rollouts, including testing, validation, and documentation.
  • Provide PB-related data analysis to support key revenue cycle initiatives and operational performance.
  • Contribute Epic subject-matter expertise to cross-functional projects requiring PB configuration knowledge.

What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting or configuring Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB).
  • Epic PB certification or accreditation required.
  • Preferred experience with:
    • Community Connect Configuration
    • Single Billing Office (SBO) workflows
    • Estimates
    • Reporting/SlicerDicer
    • PB Workqueues (Credit, Charge Review, Follow-up, etc.)
    • New department build
    • Charge Capture/Charge Router
  • Strong understanding of professional billing workflows, revenue cycle processes, and payer requirements.
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate with autonomy in a remote or hybrid work environment.
