Position Overview

A leading hospital seeking an experienced Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) Analyst to support hospital revenue cycle operations. This role is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Epic HB workflows, ensuring accurate billing, claims processing, and reimbursement in alignment with payer requirements and regulatory standards.


Key Responsibilities
  • Configure, build, and maintain Epic Resolute HB modules
  • Support hospital billing workflows including DRG coding, charge capture, and claims processing
  • Ensure accurate claim submission and reimbursement in compliance with payer guidelines
  • Analyze and resolve billing edits, denials, and system issues
  • Collaborate with revenue cycle, finance, and clinical teams to optimize billing processes
  • Perform system testing, upgrades, and enhancements
  • Provide ongoing production support and troubleshooting
