Position Overview

A leading hospital is seeking a skilled Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Analyst to support physician billing operations across the revenue cycle. This role is responsible for system build, configuration, testing, and optimization of Epic PB modules, ensuring efficient workflows for charge capture, claims processing, and reimbursement.


Key Responsibilities
  • Configure, build, and maintain Epic Resolute PB (Professional Billing) applications
  • Support end-to-end physician billing workflows including charge capture, claims, and reimbursement
  • Collaborate with revenue cycle, clinical, and IT teams to gather and translate business requirements
  • Perform system testing (unit, integrated, and user acceptance testing)
  • Troubleshoot billing issues, claim edits, and workflow inefficiencies
  • Optimize system performance and enhance billing accuracy and compliance
  • Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, and go-live support
  • Develop and maintain documentation for workflows, build, and system changes
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end users

Required Qualifications
