Gunnison Valley Health is seeking a Manager of Revenue Integrity to lead and advance the revenue integrity function while optimizing Epic Revenue Cycle operations across our growing health system.

What you'll do:

As the Manager, Revenue Integrity & Epic Systems, you will:

  • Lead Epic Revenue Cycle governance, optimization, and workflow performance
  • Own and maintain the Charge Description Master (CDM)
  • Drive pricing strategy and fee schedule governance
  • Monitor payer policy changes and reimbursement trends
  • Partner with Finance on revenue optimization and payer performance analysis
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and data-driven improvement strategies
  • Lead cross-functional projects that strengthen revenue cycle outcomes
  • Supervise and mentor the Revenue Integrity Specialist

What we're looking for:
  • 5+ years of Epic Revenue Cycle or healthcare revenue cycle leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of Hospital Billing, Professional Billing, and Revenue Integrity operations
  • Experience with Epic charge router work queues, fee schedule mapping, and workflow optimization
  • Proven project management and stakeholder leadership skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, HIM, or related field preferred
  • Epic certifications and revenue cycle credentials (CRCR, CPC, etc.) are a plus

Compensation: Exempt $1463.20/week - $2194.40/week Depending on experience
