FTE Epic Senior Application Analyst, Resolute Hospital Billing Resolute Hospital Billing Experience Required Range: 88,275.20 thru 132,412.80 Looking for someone to do build in Epic HB and we would like experience with Charge Router and Charge Review. Claims, remittance, and SBO would be nice to have but not required. Remote position in any state but must be willing to come on site when required. Job description: POSITION PURPOSE: Provide primary support for each Epic application. Coordinate all issues that arise during the project and beyond for their application areas and maintain current knowledge of the organizationโ€™s policies, procedures, and business operations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: โ€ข Lead support for the application's end users โ€ข Identify issues that arise in your application area as well as issues that impact other application teams and work to resolve them โ€ข Lead workflow design, build and testing of the system, and analyzing other technical issues associated with Epic software โ€ข Identify and implement requested changes to the system โ€ข Serve as a liaison between end users' workflow needs and Epic implementation staff โ€ข Serve as lead communicator with Epic representatives, including weekly project team meetings โ€ข Work with Epic representatives, your organization's business community, and end users to ensure the system meets the organization's business needs in regards to the project deliverables and timeline โ€ข Maintain thorough understanding of operational needs to set the direction for the organization's workflows by attending site visits and other integrated sessions โ€ข Participate in and/or facilitate training and work with end users โ€ข Troubleshoot problems and questions โ€ข Review and assist leadership in prioritizing the status of projects and issues on an ongoing basis โ€ข Hold weekly communications with team members to discuss the status of deliverables, shared issues, end user concerns, budget, and upcoming milestones โ€ข Other duties as assigned. SPECIALIZED KNOW-HOW & REQUIREMENTS: Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred with 3+ years of analyst experience and current Epic applications certification; or associate degree with 5+ years analyst experience and current Epic applications certification; or 8+ years CGH analyst experience with current certification in Epic applications. (*During project start-up, training grace period will apply to Epic certification for current employees.)
