You’ll work closely with hospital staff, IT teams, project managers, and Epic analysts to ensure a smooth transition and minimal disruption to patient care. The role may involve working long or irregular hours during the critical go-live window, but it offers valuable experience in healthcare IT and opportunities to advance to broader project management or EHR optimization roles.
