DTS is looking for Senior Interface Analyst for a Direct Client position based in Troy, MI

Seeking a Senior IT Interface Analyst with strong Epic Bridges and Cloverleaf experience to support enterprise healthcare integrations, interface development, production support, and system implementation initiatives. Candidate should possess strong healthcare integration experience and expertise with HL7 messaging standards. Remote role with potential onsite support during Go Live activities.

Job Summary

The Senior IT Interface Analyst will lead the configuration and support of healthcare interfaces across Epic applications and ancillary systems. This individual will be responsible for interface development, troubleshooting, production support, integration architecture, workflow analysis, and collaboration with operational and technical teams throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Epic Bridges, Cloverleaf Interface Engine, healthcare messaging standards, and healthcare system integrations.

Responsibilities

Interface Development & Configuration

  • Lead configuration efforts for new interfaces and enhancements to existing interfaces.
  • Support Epic applications and corresponding ancillary systems.
  • Design, build, maintain, and optimize healthcare interfaces.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues within Epic Bridges and Cloverleaf.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement long term solutions.
  • Support efficient program and application operations.

Production Support

  • Monitor and maintain a complex interface environment.
  • Perform incident resolution and routine maintenance activities.
  • Support testing, implementation, and system balancing efforts.

Integration Architecture

  • Serve as a consultant for integration solutions and architecture.
  • Coordinate integration planning across multiple IT teams.
  • Evaluate workflow and data flow impacts across systems.

Leadership

  • Lead workflow and data flow sessions with business stakeholders.
  • Assist with work effort estimates and resource planning.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior Interface Analysts.
  • May supervise 1 to 2 Interface Analysts.

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field required.

OR

Five additional years of full time healthcare application maintenance, development, or system integration experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.

Experience

  • 7+ years of applicable IT experience required.
  • 5+ years of healthcare IT experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting healthcare integrations and interfaces.
  • Experience with at least two major system implementations.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
