Job description

We're looking for a Senior Manager to lead both Product and Engineering across multiple platforms and applications. In this role, you'll own the product vision end-to-end, from strategy and roadmap to hands-on execution with cross-functional teams spanning Product Managers, Designers, Software and Platform Engineers. You'll be a people-first leader who can grow and mentor a high-performing team while aligning everyone around a shared vision and navigating trade-offs between user experience, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines.

Our team builds the applications and custom AI agents that enable Apple to manufacture every product we ship - it's high impact work at the core of Apple's operations. You'll also travel to Shanghai once a year to connect with our in-region counterparts and the end users who depend on what we build.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
10+ years managing software engineering or product teams

Strong understanding of software development, APIs, and platform/infrastructure concepts
Proven track record of defining and delivering a product vision across multiple applications
Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear product solutions
Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across functions and presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience managing distributed teams across multiple locations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing or environmental systems
Experience building or overseeing AI agent development
Experience working with international teams or counterparts
