Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and customer service-oriented Sales Associate/Key Holder with a passion for premium denim and styling to join our team! As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their shopping needs and ensure an excellent shopping experience. Responsibilities include point of sale transactions , processing inventory, and maintaining the store’s appearance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail, a strong background in customer service, a professional yet fun and engaging personality, and love meeting new people. 
Responsibilities 
  • Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping
  • Opening/Closing procedures
  • Work point of sale register to ring up and carry out customer sales
  • Maintain a clean/organized sales floor and displays
  • Receive deliveries
  • Develop and maintain solid brand/product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Retail Women's Clothing Boutique experience
  • Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
  • Professional yet fun and engaging personality
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service
