Job description

Safety-Kleen, a Clean Harbors company, is seeking a Sales Representative to join their safety conscious team in Salt Lake City, UT! The position is responsible for maintaining existing accounts while also performing business development for the SKE territory assigned. The Rep will serve as a point of contact for all customers interested in specific service/products, such as oil collection/recycling, equipment cleaning, parts washers, industrial waste removal and more.

  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to facilitate a service team approach to ensure customer satisfaction and follow-through.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to travel within the region.

  • identify, prospect and connect with customers who could be interested in SK specific services/products (i.e. collection and recycling of oil, industrial equipment cleaning, parts washers, industrial waste removal and more.
  • Work with route drivers to convert new sales opportunities.
  • Promote revenue and margin growth; sell products and services to clients in specific LOB.
  • Grow the current customer base with new lines of business and deliver effective contract and relationship management.

  • Negotiate and draft contracts, scope and quote projects.
  • Interact with operations and customer service to deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Develop account plans, achieve monthly sales quotas/budgets.
