1. Good experience in managing Agile programs
2. Governance, Reporting, Performance metrics to be owned and delivered
3. Manage multi shore teams including offshore, onsite and client stakeholders

• Hands on experience in ADO dashboards and reporting
• Liaison between client, Product owners, development teams
• Ownership of the program outcomes
• Governance, Reporting, Performance metrics to be owned and delivered

• Approx 150 member team
• Own and drive teams to deliver Program outcomes in a multi culture, multi shore environment
