Goodwill Industries of Kentucky is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, dynamic professional Aspire Program Manager to join our team! The Aspire Program Manager will be responsible for complete oversight of the program, including the development, implementation, compliance, and reporting for the grant. The program manager will manage the Pathway Home 4-funded Career Development Facilitators. Essential Duties and Tasks:- Represent the face of Goodwill's Aspire program (Pathway Home 4 grant) to contract partners, reentry stakeholders, governmental agencies, and others.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of the grant budget.
- Ensure fulfillment of partner Memorandums of Understanding in addition to writing standard operating procedures.
- Establish, maintain, and expand relationships with key partners including the Kentucky Department of Corrections, Jefferson Community and Technical College, Kentucky Association of Manufacturers, second-chance employers, Goodwill retail, and other program stakeholders.
- Responsible for the hiring, training and development of grant staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in rehabilitation counseling, social work, criminal justice, or related field, preferred.
- At least five (5) years of work experience in reentry services, counseling environments, social work or criminal justice may be substituted in lieu of a college degree.
- Must have three (3) years of supervisory experience.
- Must have experience in training and facilitation.
- Must have reliable transportation, proof of insurance, a valid driver's license in the state of residence, and a driving record acceptable to Goodwill's insurance provider.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule which includes evenings and weekends to accommodate programming requirements and the needs of participants.
Physical Demands:- This job may have physical requirements that are considered sedentary work. Sedentary work involves sitting for long periods of time; occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, and stooping, good finger dexterity and feeling; frequent repetitive motions; talking, hearing, and visual acuity and occasional lifting to 15 pounds.
- Travel across the state and to other locations beyond the assigned work location is frequently required.
