We are currently expanding, so we are looking for candidates with a student mentality that can be trained within our program to become a branch manager. If you have leadership skills and are looking to eventually be able to manage your own company, this opportunity is for you. This is a career opportunity, not simply a job.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • One week training program to learn our marketing strategies (Training bonus provided)
  • Assist with recruitment and training for new marketing teams
  • Develop personal marketing/sales skills
  • Consistent implementation of said strategies  
  • Set individual goals, team goals, and company goals

Learn the new hire process (interviews, pitches, office responsibilities etc.)

Qualifications

Candidate Criteria:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in working in a team-based environment
  • Marketing/sales experience is a plus
  • An excellent work ethic and stamina
  • Flexibility and a positive attitude are critical
