Environmental Resources Management (ERM) seeks a Consulting Partner, Environmental Compliance to join its Safe and Sustainable Operations team in one of its Gulf offices (Houston, New Orleans, Austin, or Dallas) within a flexible, hybrid work environment.

As a Consulting Partner, you will play a critical role in advancing ERM’s position as a global leader in sustainability consulting. You will lead large‑scale client engagements, shape commercial strategy, and deliver integrated environmental compliance solutions that reduce risk, improve operational performance, and support our clients’ ESG commitments.
