In this role, you’ll partner with senior leadership to oversee daily operations, ensure team accountability, and uphold the highest standards of operational excellence and guest experience.



The position focuses on two key areas: driving efficient restaurant operations and coaching team members to reach their full potential. As a leader, you’ll set the tone through your actions—modeling excellence, developing others, and fostering a positive, people-centered environment.
