Position Summary

The Co-op (Part-Time) position offers students hands-on experience in a professional environment while continuing their education. Assignments may include roles in production, office support, or welding, providing exposure to manufacturing processes, business operations, and technical skills development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in daily tasks within assigned department (production, office, or welding).
  • Support manufacturing operations, including assembly, material handling, and quality checks.
  • Perform basic welding tasks under supervision (if assigned to welding).
  • Provide administrative support such as data entry, document preparation, and filing (if assigned to office).
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement ideas.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Complete assigned projects and report progress to supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a high school, technical program, or college degree program.
  • Ability to work part-time during school sessions.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Basic computer skills for office assignments.
  • Interest in manufacturing, welding, or business operations.
