Specific Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting and compiling legal documents
  • Update all internal systems with relevant case information and status.
  • Exercise a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Safeguard compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements as applicable

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication
  • Superior organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and efficiency

Required Education and Training:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
