You’ll support marketing, intake, sales, events, and internal operations, using tools like AI assistants, online platforms, and basic system integrations. Experience with CRM tools is helpful but not required at an advanced level.

If you like experimenting with AI tools, learning how different systems connect, and being the person who helps things stay organized and functional, this role will give you room to grow.

WHY YOU'LL ENJOY WORKING AT MLG:
  • Competitive hourly pay
  • Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits
  • Paid time off and paid holidays
  • Training and professional development
  • Supportive, collaborative, inclusive firm culture
  • Modern systems, engaged leadership, and opportunities to build skills

WHAT YOU'LL DOCoordination, Administration & Special Projects
  • Assist with new marketing initiatives, workflow improvements, and AI‑related projects using tools like Claude.
  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative and light IT support, including basic troubleshooting, coordinating with vendors, and helping the team keep systems stable.
  • Join recurring meetings related to system support, platforms like GoHighLevel, and automation projects.
Automation, Systems & Technical Support
  • Help set up and maintain simple funnels, landing pages, and automated sequences in platforms such as GoHighLevel.
  • Use Claude / Claude Code to streamline internal workflows, draft basic communications, and support software‑related tasks.
  • Test end‑to‑end processes (forms, SMS, email, landing pages) to catch issues before they affect staff or clients.
  • Support internal dashboards and AI tools used by leadership, intake, sales, and legal teams.
  • Assist with basic integrations, data migrations, and troubleshooting across different systems.
Marketing, Reporting & Event Support
  • Help with tracking for Google Ads and Local Services Ads (LSA), lead verification, and monthly reporting.
  • Keep lead‑source tags and campaign tracking accurate across platforms.
  • Support weekly after‑hours networking events by helping with guest check‑ins, forms, review requests, follow‑up steps, and ensuring events run smoothly.
  • Assist with the firm’s Google review strategy through event support and follow‑up sequences.
  • Review automated weekly and monthly reports for obvious errors before they go to leadership.
  • Maintain reporting templates over time and help ensure data is consistent across systems.
  • Check data for accuracy and help keep information clean and reliable in all reports and tools.
Training & Cross‑Team Coordination
  • Occasionally help onboard new intake staff by walking them through Google Sheets reports, internal tools, and department workflows.
  • Coordinate with leadership, intake, sales, and legal teams on new automations and system updates.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Comfort using technology and learning new tools; interest in AI workflows, Canva, Claude, and platforms like GoHighLevel.
  • Some experience with CRM tools, automation platforms, or marketing systems is helpful but not strictly required.
  • Comfortable with general IT and administrative tasks: basic troubleshooting, navigating integrations, and working with support teams and vendors when needed.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to work well with different departments.
  • Attention to detail and good habits for checking data and maintaining accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently, solve straightforward problems, and support leadership.
  • Availability to work after hours for weekly scheduled firm events.
Preferred
  • Experience using Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Clio Manage, Quo, or Clio Grow (not required—training provided).
Core competencies
  • Strong technical aptitude; quick learner with new systems and AI tools
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Data accuracy, quality assurance, and attention to detail
  • Problem‑solving and troubleshooting across platforms
  • Clear communication and cross‑department collaboration
  • Ability to manage recurring tasks and shifting priorities
