Toyota of Olympia is looking for an experienced Paint Protection Film (PPF) and Window Tint Installer to join our growing team.
We are seeking someone who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, consistency, and quality finish work. This is not an entry-level role - we are looking for someone who understands the importance of attention to detail, efficiency, professionalism, and delivering work that reflects the standards of a high-volume, customer-focused dealership.
Our ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys hands-on work, notices the small details others miss, and takes pride in producing clean, high-quality results every time.
What You'll Do
  • Install paint protection film (PPF) on new and pre-owned vehicles
  • Install window tint to dealership and manufacturer standards
  • Prepare vehicle surfaces properly for installation and adhesion
  • Inspect completed work for imperfections, bubbles, lifting, contamination, or alignment issues
  • Maintain clean, organized workspaces and installation areas
  • Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Coordinate with sales, service, and recon teams to ensure timely completion of vehicles
  • Help maintain consistent quality and presentation standards across all inventory

  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record required
