Window & Bath Expo is growing, and we are looking for experienced Window Installers to join our team.


We are a highly rated, fast-growing home remodeling company serving homeowners throughout Northeast Ohio. We take pride in doing things the right way: quality products, clean installations, strong communication, and a professional customer experience from start to finish.

We are looking for installers who take pride in their work, show up reliably, and want to be part of a company that values craftsmanship and professionalism.


Responsibilities

  • Install replacement windows according to company standards
  • Remove existing windows safely and cleanly
  • Perform trim work, capping, sealing, caulking, and finishing details
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members
  • Ensure each project is completed with high-quality workmanship
  • Follow all safety procedures and company installation guidelines
  • Identify and communicate any job site issues before they become problems
