Responsibilities

  • Install replacement windows according to company standards
  • Remove existing windows safely and cleanly
  • Perform trim work, capping, sealing, caulking, and finishing details
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members
  • Ensure each project is completed with high-quality workmanship
  • Follow all safety procedures and company installation guidelines
  • Identify and communicate any job site issues before they become problems

Requirements
