Job description

Looking for a highly motivated individual to join our crew. No experience needed but must be 18+. All training will be done on jobsite. Experienced installers $200+ per day and there is plenty of room for growth within the company. Pay will be determined upon skill level.
Requirements:

  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Reliable transportation, we service mainly a 45 minute radius from the Metro Detroit area
  • Positive attitude and eager to learn

Daily Routine:

  • Meet at warehouse at 6:45 a.m. to dump previous job into dumpsters and load material for the days job
  • Get to jobsite to:
    • unload windows
    • set up tools
    • prep window openings with tarps and plastic sheeting
  • Remove and replace old windows
  • Finish interior with wooden stops or extension jambs and casing
  • Finish exterior with aluminum trim
  • Clean and remove all debris from household usually finishing up between 1 and 4 pm.
