Responsibilities:
- Assisting with repair, installation, and custom building of screen windows, screen doors, screen porches, and screen enclosures
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring 100% satisfaction
- Utilizing problem-solving skills to address on-the-job challenges
- Operating company-owned vehicles and using company tools and equipment
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Excellent customer service skills and experience
- Valid and current Driver’s License
- 2+ years of driving experience
- Driving record with minimal offenses
- Unassisted lifting of 50 lbs. or less
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience repairing window/door screens
- Porch/Deck repair and/or building experience
- 3+ years working in a customer service environment
- Previous experience in screen repair and fabrication, metal fabrication or welding, window washing, storm door installation, carpentry, outdoor exteriors experience (landscape, gutters, roofing, siding, window installation, door installation) are preferred
On-Site: Minneapolis, Minnesota.
