Job description

Job is an apprenticeship for someone who has at least some experience. If experienced, you will still be trained on installation as needed. Will also be trained as a finish carpenter for the right candidate

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer / Window & Door Installer to assist with residential window and door installation projects. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with tools, lifting heavy materials, following safety procedures, and providing quality workmanship on job sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install windows, doors, frames, trim, and related components
  • Measure and prepare openings for installation
  • Remove old windows and doors safely and efficiently
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Operate hand and power tools
  • Assist with caulking, sealing, insulation, and finishing work
  • Maintain clean and organized job sites
  • Follow OSHA and company safety standards
  • Work with crew members to complete projects on schedule
  • Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and customers

Qualifications

  • Previous construction or installation experience preferred
  • Experience with window and door installation is a plus
  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely
  • Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and perform physical labor daily
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
  • Strong work ethic and punctuality
  • Ability to read measurements and use tape measures accurately
  • Basic carpentry knowledge preferred
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Must complete a background check
