This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, helping customers, and keeping the day-to-day operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do
- Welcome customers into our showroom and create a positive first impression
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Schedule appointments and assist with calendar management
- Follow up with customers throughout the ordering and installation process
- Cross-train in multiple areas of office operations
- Perform general office duties to keep our showroom running efficiently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable using computers and common office software
- Friendly, family-oriented work environment.
