Job description

Service Coordinator

At Budget Blinds of Sioux Falls, we do more than install window coverings - we help transform houses into beautiful, comfortable homes.

As a locally owned and family-operated business serving the Sioux Falls area since 2009, we've built our reputation on exceptional customer service, quality craftsmanship, and attention to detail. From the first consultation to the final installation, our team is committed to creating an outstanding experience for every customer.

We're proud of our supportive, team-oriented culture where professionalism, integrity, and collaboration are valued every day. That's why the Office Administrator role is so important. As the hub of our daily operations and often the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a key role in delivering the exceptional service that sets us apart and helps our business thrive.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle reorders and warranty claims
  • Assist customers in showroom and over the phone
  • Provide administrative support
  • Unload product from delivery trucks
  • Cross train into all areas of office administration
  • Keep our CRM updated

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma, two-year degree preferred but not required
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written
  • Motivated self-starter
  • Great organization
  • Ability to prioritize and be flexible
  • Basic computer skills
Compensation & Benefits
  • Pay: $19-22/hour (based on experience)
