Assembly & Production

Title: Production Team Member – Assembly (Cleanroom & General)
Location: Loveland, CO
Type: Full-time | Entry-level | On-site only (No Remote Work)
About the Role
We’re hiring for a hands-on assembly and production position in our cleanroom and general manufacturing areas. This role is part of our core team at KENT Systems, where we make high-quality plastic components used in medical, scientific, and industrial applications around the world.
You’ll be moving, thinking, assembling, and inspecting, products with the understanding that your work is contributing to something real every day.
What You'll Be Doing

·         Assembling, inspecting, and packaging KENT Systems products
·         Using specialized fixtures and tools
·         Precisely following established and reliable procedures to meeting daily production goals without sacrificing quality.
·         Supporting cleanliness and organization standards (yes, everyone cleans)
·         Operating with proven standards of efficiency, care, and accuracy
What We’re Looking For

·         People who are alert, reliable, and take pride in doing quality work
·         People who show up on time and stay engaged during your shift
·         People who can follow instructions, think critically, and troubleshoot small issues independently
·         People who are organized and understand that clean work is safe, efficient work
·         People who don’t need constant supervision to get your job done—just clear expectations and the tools to succeed
Requirements

·         Must be comfortable working in a cleanroom environment (we’ll train you)
·         Able to stand, move, and perform repetitive tasks during an 8-hour shift
·         Must pass a basic visual acuity and dexterity test
·         Previous assembly or cleanroom experience is a plus, but not required
Work Environment

·         Quiet, focused, clean, and efficient
·         No cell phones, earbuds, or drama on the floor
·         Everyone is accountable for their own work—and we support each other when needed
Why Work Here
We aren’t looking to micromanage you. We’re looking to trust you. If you want a job where you can disappear into a crowd or just ride the clock, this isn’t it.
But if you take pride in producing great work, staying on task, and keeping things moving, we’ll value what you bring every day.
If you’re interested, apply with a resume and a brief note explaining why this role feels like a fit. Selected candidates will complete an online assessment and a one-way video interview. From there, you may be invited for an on-site interview. Final candidates must complete a background check and drug test before employment.
Our process is fast, clear, and thorough. We respect your time and expect the same in return. If you follow instructions carefully and communicate clearly, you’ll do just fine.
