You help the firm grow its business in a responsible way by anticipating new and emerging risks, and using your expert judgement to solve real-world challenges that impact our company, customers and communities. • Ensure testing artifacts are current, complete, and stored appropriately (e.g., plans, scripts, traceability, execution evidence, sign-offs).
  • Reconcile outcomes across different test cycles and groups, and lead resolution of discrepancies.
  • Guide continuous improvement by incorporating process and tooling enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner with the UAT Manager/Lead to ensure testing readiness and milestone completion (planning, execution, defect triage, sign-off).
  • Help facilitate quality testing practices across products and releases, including governance and controls where required.
  • Leverage innovation and productivity tools (e.g., AI-assisted test design, test management accelerators, analytics dashboards, low-code tooling, and workflow automation) to streamline planning, execution, reporting, and defect triage.
 Required qualifications, skills and capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree or comparable practical experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in manual testing, including creation of test plans/approach, test scenarios, and test scripts.
  • Experience with JIRA workflows, understanding end-to-end process flow, and creating/managing tasks and defects.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Confluence - Dev Shell , Python and test management tools (e.g., qTest or similar).
  • Ability to write and execute SQL queries for test validation and data analysis.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies.
  • Strong, clear, and concise written and verbal communication, including the ability to prepare and edit executive-level updates.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively and build strong cross-functional partnerships.
  • Intellectual curiosity with ability to learn quickly; high initiative, self-direction, and ability to perform well under pressure.
