Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented mortgage professional to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide secondary production support. This role is responsible for validating system enhancements, ensuring alignment with business requirements, and assisting with issue resolution to support smooth operational performance.
  • Execute UAT test cases for mortgage-related system updates, enhancements, and defect fixe
  • Validate functionality against business and regulatory requirements 
  • Document test results, defects, and discrepancies with clear, actionable detail 
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to resolve issues 
  • Provide secondary support for production-related inquiries and system issues 
  • Assist in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and escalation when needed 
  • Support release validation and post-deployment verification activities 
  • Maintain testing documentation, including test plans, scripts, and results 
  • Experience in mortgage operations (e.g., origination, processing, underwriting, or servicing) 
  • Strong understanding of mortgage workflows, documentation, and regulatory requirements 
  • 2+ years of ServiceNow ticketing experience required
  • Experience with UAT, QA testing, or system implementations 
  • Proficiency with testing tools, issue tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills 
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities 

Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with LOS platforms (e.g., Vesta, LauraMac, or similar) 
  • Experience working in Agile or project-based environments 
  • Knowledge of mortgage regulatory requirements 
  • Experience with Docs/Docutech packages 
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Bloomington, MN
