User Acceptance Testing Manager
SUMMARY:
The User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Analyst tests the functionality and features of a site before it is released to the production environment. This role establishes, owns, and drives UAT testing activities from start to finish for assigned projects.
JOB DUTIES
  • Creates and manages a UAT plan for each UAT event.
  • Establishes, owns, and drives UAT testing activities from start to finish for assigned projects.
  • Collaborates with business users, release/program management and development teams.
  • Manages risks and plans UAT taking all risks into account.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Typically requires a bachelor's degree and five (5) years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
  • Experience in escalation handling, managing expectations of multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, dashboarding and coordination skills.
  • Experience in test estimation, planning, monitoring and progress reporting.
  • Experience preferred in usage of test management tools and agile tools.
  • Experience in planning and management of UAT.
