Job SummaryThis position is responsible for evaluating requirements for testing new or modified products and documentation prior to production release. Designing, developing, creating, and executing test plans and cases based on software requirements and technical understanding of product architecture, as well as business processes and procedures. Executing various systems, user acceptance, and ad-hoc tests according to approved test plans and testing schedule. Troubleshooting, in conjunction with end users and development teams, on issues of reproducing, investigating and debugging software. Generating defect reports for issues found during testing and providing accurate testing status to project stakeholders. Focusing on project quality issues but also making contributions beyond immediate assignments. Managing multiple testing projects concurrently.

NOTE: This hybrid role can be located in CHICAGO IL or RICHARDSON TX

Required Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor's AND 3 years testing experience OR 7 years of or testing experience.
* Experience with usability testing.

* Experience testing healthcare or clinical applications.

*Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
* Experience with data analytics and reporting.
* Experience with SDLC Methodology - Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development.
* Knowledge with testing methodologies.
* Experience with test reporting and trend analysis.
* Detail oriented.
* Problem solving and analytical skills.
* Knowledge of medical and industry terminology.
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience meeting deadlines.
* PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor's in Computer Science or Information Technology.
