Manufacturing Hiring Event - Tacoma Campus (Fife, WA)
Milgard Windows & Doors (a MITER Brands company) is hosting an invite-only hiring event at our Tacoma campus on June 2nd from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
We're bringing together three manufacturing plants with a variety of opportunities across multiple teams and shifts. This is your opportunity to meet our hiring team, explore career paths, and interview on the spot.

  • Production Assembler - Day Shift (Entry-level; training provided)
  • Machine Operator - Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule (Day & Graveyard shifts; prior manufacturing experience required)
  • Production Worker - Day, Swing & Graveyard Shifts (Entry-level; training provided)
  • Quality Technician - Swing Shift (Prior experience required)

💰 Compensation
  • $22.00 - $28.00 per hour (based on experience)
