Job description

This person will be providing support to the Tom James Training Department.
 
Job Responsibilities
  • Organize and execute our onboarding systems to ensure that our Sales Professionals and Sales Development Representatives are informed, excited, and ready to start in their new position

  • Takes ownership of all communications with Trainers and Trainees to ensure world-class execution of our Training program

  • Ensures 100% timely and accurate sales activity tracking for all New Sales Professionals in the Training Program. Produces, reviews and maintains awareness regarding all department reporting

  • Produces promotional materials, tracks and encourages our newest Sales Professionals to achieve Advanced Training Summits, bonuses and other sales incentives

  • Facilitate employees’ access to various technological resources

  • Supports the Training Department through administrative tasks including, but not limited to: managing emails, scheduling calls, etc. 

  • Assist with in-person trainings and other events as needed

  • Promptly respond to employee requests and questions, via email, phone or in person

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills
  • Basic data entry skills

  • Strong Google Suite & Microsoft Office skills - specifically Google Sheets, Google Slides & Outlook

  • Ability to produce visual communication material & media - presentations, charts, newsletters, email templates, spreadsheet reports, etc.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organization and planning skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Results oriented

  • Ability to learn quickly

  • Regular, on-site attendance required

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
