Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Development Representative to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced wireless retail environment. This role is responsible for selling mobile devices, service plans, and accessories while educating customers on products and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Fluency in Spanish is required to effectively assist a diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage customers in English and Spanish to identify needs and recommend appropriate wireless products and service plans
  • Sell smartphones, tablets, accessories, protection plans, and add-on services
  • Activate new lines of service, upgrades, and device changes accurately and efficiently
  • Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals and performance metrics
  • Clearly explain pricing, promotions, features, and contract terms in both English and Spanish
  • Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after the sale
  • Troubleshoot basic device and service issues or escalate when necessary
  • Maintain store appearance, product displays, and inventory accuracy
  • Process transactions, payments, and documentation in compliance with company policies
  • Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and wireless industry trends
