Entry Level Commercial Sales Trainee (Bus, Truck, Parts, Service & Leasing)

Are you ready to launch a rewarding career in commercial sales? We’re looking for a motivated and driven Commercial Sales Trainee to join our growing team and gain hands-on experience across Bus, Truck, Parts, Service, and Leasing sales operations.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to develop their sales career, build strong customer relationships, and learn from experienced industry professionals in a fast-paced dealership environment.

What You’ll Do

As a Commercial Sales Trainee, you’ll work alongside seasoned sales professionals and gain valuable exposure to the full commercial sales process, including:

  • Supporting the sales team with quotes, proposals, and customer presentations
  • Assisting with customer appointments, vehicle demonstrations, and test drives
  • Learning inventory management, product specifications, pricing, financing, and leasing solutions
  • Developing customer relationship and account management skills
  • B2B Selling (on the road selling, relationship building)
  • Using dealership CRM systems and sales tools to capture customer calls and visits (training provided)
  • Participating in sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and ongoing training sessions
  • Providing professional, responsive support to new and existing customers
