Job description

The Bilingual Onsite Representative (Day Shift) plays a vital role in supporting food manufacturing operations by providing excellent bilingual communication and onsite assistance. Working within a large team, this position focuses on customer interaction, issue resolution, and ensuring compliance with company policies, all while facilitating smooth daily operations and onboarding processes in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Interact effectively with customers, addressing inquiries and concerns bilingually
  • Communicate clearly in English and Spanish to support team and operational needs
  • Resolve issues promptly to maintain smooth onsite operations
