Join Us in Preparing for an Amazing School Year!

Are you a School Principal, Assistant Principal, Master Teacher, Instructional Coach, or experienced school leader currently on summer break or recently retired?
Park Schools Montessori is looking for an experienced educational leader to join our team for a 30-day temporary assignment to help us prepare for the upcoming school year.
This is a wonderful opportunity to use your leadership experience, collaborate with an amazing team, and help ensure a successful start for our students and staff.
What You'll Help Us With

  •  Assist in preparing the school for the new academic year 
  •  Review and organize school operations and procedures 
  •  Support classroom readiness and learning environments 
  •  Help with teacher onboarding and preparation 
  •  Review curriculum planning and classroom materials 
  •  Assist with staff organization and scheduling 
  •  Provide guidance on Montessori and early childhood best practices (preferred but not required) 
  •  Help ensure compliance with licensing and school standards 
  •  Collaborate with administration on school improvement initiatives 
Qualifications

We're looking for someone who has experience in educational leadership, such as:
  •  Current or former School Principal 
  •  Assistant Principal 
  •  Master Teacher 
  •  Academic Coach 
  •  School Administrator 
  •  Educational Consultant 
Preferred Qualifications:
  •  5+ years of school leadership or administrative experience 
  •  Strong knowledge of school operations 
  •  Experience supervising teachers and staff 
  •  Excellent organizational and communication skills

  •  Montessori experience is a plus, but not required
