Key Responsibilities

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records as per organizational policies, including interdisciplinary care plans and social service progress notes.

  • Quality Improvement Initiatives: Participate in developing and monitoring quality metrics that focus on improving the social work services provided to our student population.
  • Engagement in Organizational Activities: Contribute to initiatives during Social Work Month and assist in leading support groups and educational programs for families and community partners.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The focus of this role is on a diverse student body, including those grappling with emotional challenges, behavioral issues, and familial stressors. Social Workers will address a range of psychosocial factors that can affect students' academic and social functioning, striving to foster resilience and support academic success.

Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • At least two years of experience in a medical setting, with a preferred focus on pediatric or school environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively engage with students, families, and professionals.
  • Proven skills in analytical thinking, customer service, and collaborative teamwork.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
