Position Overview

As an Entry-Level Business Account Manager, you will work directly with customers and clients to build relationships, support sales initiatives, and represent leading technology and telecommunications brands. This role provides hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, business development, and client relations, with opportunities to develop into leadership.


This is a hybrid position with two days per week in our Long Beach office for team meetings, training, coaching, and collaboration. The remaining days include virtual team meetings and direct customer engagement within an assigned territory.


No previous sales or account management experience is required. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship to help you build the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Deliver engaging, consultative sales presentations and communicate product information
  • Represent client brands professionally and effectively
  • Manage and oversee sales within an assigned territory
  • Collaborate with team members to support client and company objectives

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
