Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role
• Collaborate with People & Culture (P&C) leaders and transformation teams to support organizational design and workforce planning during the separation process.
• Utilize tools such as Orgvue to model and analyze organizational structures, reporting lines, and role clarity.
• Support the execution of workforce transition plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational efficiency.
• Track and monitor implementation of organizational changes across business units, ensuring consistency and alignment.
• Input to and drive alignment with financial budgets & synergy/dyssynergy tracking
• Support in data cleanse / review activities such as updates to reporting lines, legal entities, cost centres etc associated with employees as a result of the business split/separation
• Support P&C Partner in downstream actions and activities associated with org design & modelling including talent selection, implementation of new positions, joiners/leavers management
Must Have Skills / Requirements
1) Org Design Tool or Platform experience
a. 2+ years of experience; Orgvue, ChartHop, or Workday experience
2) Understanding of HR (People and Culture) Teams and partnering with HR
a. 5+ years of experience
3) HR Analytics Tool Experience
a. 2+ years of experience; e.g. Workday
Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements
1) Experience supporting large-scale business transformations or separations is a plus.
2) Stakeholder management
Soft Skills
1) Proven experience in workforce planning, organizational design, or HR transformation projects.
