IMMEDIATE OPENING

Farmer's Insurance office in South Arlington is seeking a full-time experienced/licensed Farmer's CSR/Producer.

Our premier agency is rapidly growing and we are looking for the right individual to join our staff.

Must have an outgoing and friendly personality as well as someone who is reliable and works well with others.

Our licensed Customer Service Representative will be responsible for sales support, marketing and providing exceptional customer service to our existing clientele as well as new prospects when they call in for assistance.

Excess/Surplus Lines experience a plus!

Responsibilities
  • Quote and bind Farmers Personal Lines Insurance
  • Assist customers by phone, email, text and in person as needed
  • Service home and auto policies for existing clientele
  • Suggested selling and cross sales abilities
  • Contact existing clientele for policy reviews as needed

Requirements
  • Prior Insurance sales and service experience
  • Property and Casualty License Required
  • Good interpersonal skills with both customers and employees
  • Minimum High School degree or GED
