Entry-Level Staff Accountant

Location: Minneapolis, MN
Compensation: $58,000 - $65,000 base salary
Are you a recent accounting graduate eager to begin your career in a dynamic, metrics‑driven industry? A well‑established Minnesota manufacturing company is seeking an Entry-Level Staff Accountant to join its finance team. This role provides hands‑on exposure to cost accounting, inventory processes, operational finance, and month-end close—making it ideal for early-career accountants who want to build a strong foundation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Support general ledger posting and maintenance
  • Assist with month-end close tasks and journal entries
  • Prepare account reconciliations, supporting schedules, and documentation
