Flexible On Demand Staffing Assistant (Temporary Role)
Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking a customer service-oriented individual to work in our offices and staff hiring events. In this role, you will support the hiring process by completing pre-hire paperwork and screening activities while providing customer service to the candidates visiting the office. This is a great entry-level position in a fast-paced environment that will give you insight and experience into the staffing world.
Pay Rate: $15.00
Job Type : This is a temporary FLEX- On Demand role. The schedule will vary and is determined based on business need and when hiring events are scheduled. Availability of hours will vary week-to-week.

Requirements:
  • Comfortable utilizing online software, cameras, scanners, and mobile devices.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and the ability to learn other platforms.
  • Comfortable working across multiple screens and computer systems simultaneously.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, handle challenging situations, and multitask in a high-volume, ever-changing environment.
  • Ability to professionally communicate, prioritizing tact and confidentiality with candidates, staff, and clients, and willingness to present to large groups.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed to meet business demands.

  • Must uphold a high level of integrity in handling confidential information and adhere to standard work instructions for all processes.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • In-person attendance and the ability to work overtime as necessary are mandatory. This role cannot be performed remotely.

Job Description:
  • Guide candidates through pre-hire onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth understanding of the hiring process. Deliver exceptional customer service to all applicants, fostering a sense of welcome and value throughout hiring events and community outreach activities.
  • Assist candidates to guarantee an accurate and seamless onboarding process, verifying the completion of all application and pre-hire tasks promptly and accurately through the Applicant Tracking System and other technologies.
  • Ensure all client hiring procedures are fully executed and compliant with client guidelines, encompassing data entry, application review, validation of work authorization documentation, badge photo capture, drug screening administration, and other assigned duties.
  • Utilize effective communication to ensure applicants understand job details and have all questions and obstacles addressed and resolved prior to departing the recruiting office.
  • Meet critical deadlines for completing pre-hire activities within client systems, maintaining meticulous attention to detail in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.
  • Communicate effectively across various channels including in-person interactions, phone calls, emails, live chats, etc., with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and respect.
