- Monitor machine performance by consistently checking gauges, dials, and other indicators, swiftly identifying and resolving any operational issues to maintain continuous production flow.
- Implement regular maintenance routines to guarantee the optimal performance of manufacturing machinery, thereby preventing production interruptions and extending machine longevity.
- Optimize material usage by strategically reducing non-chargeable waste, fostering a cost-effective production environment that ensures maximum material utilization.
- Accurately document material usage and completed tasks, ensuring meticulous record-keeping for material management and providing detailed information for billing and inventory purposes.
Minimum Qualifications:Experience: - 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred; training is available for entry-level candidates.
Technical Proficiencies:- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine operating errors.
- Proficient knowledge of machine operations, including specifications necessary to maintain operational efficiency.
