Our solar powered workshop is located in Philipsburg, Pennsylvania, surrounded by amazing outdoor recreation on public lands, very affordable rural living and only 20 minutes from State College or Clearfield.

Our team makes everything from simple chalk bags and ditty bags, to world class crash pads, backpacks, and other outdoor gear in super vibrant often one off colorways.

Work Schedule:

  • Mon-Thurs: 6:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
  • You read that right......3-Day weekends, EVERY weekend.
  • Optional (Not Mandatory): Holiday Season Overtime

Production manufacturing certainly isn't easy but when you see the gear you're crafting being used our on the toughest bouldering problems in the backcountry, a double century in the heart of Appalachia, or just a local trip to the farmers market it's incredibly rewarding. If you share that sort of passion and drive, you're likely a good fit.

No problem once you pick up a few basic skills we'll work to get you settled on either a small team or with another individual depending on your developing skillset.
