Summary:

The SEO &Organic Growth Lead is responsible for supporting strategies that improve thecompanyโ€™s organic visibility, customer discovery, and digital presence. Thisposition will work alongside the SEO On-Page Lead and eCommerce team toidentify opportunities that support organic growth, improve customer experience,and increase visibility across digital platforms.

The idealcandidate will have a strong foundation in SEO and eCommerce with a curiosityand desire to learn how search continues to evolve. This role will stayinformed on emerging search trends, including AI-powered search experiences,generative search, answer engines, and other developing technologies, whilehelping the company adapt its organic strategy as the digital landscapechanges.

This positionreports to the eCommerce Manager and collaborates closely with SEO, eCommerce,Marketing, Content, Product, Development, Design, and other internal teams.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:Organic Growth & Search Strategy:
  • Supportorganic growth strategies aligned with company and eCommerce objectives.
  • Partner withthe SEO On-Page Lead to identify opportunities to improve organicvisibility, customer discovery, and website performance.
  • Researchcustomer search behavior, industry trends, competitor activity, andchanges in how customers discover products and information.
  • Monitorsearch engine updates, industry developments, and evolving best practices.
  • Identifyopportunities to improve how company information, products, and contentare discovered across digital platforms.
  • Providerecommendations and insights to support future organic growth initiatives.
  • Assist withtesting, research, and measurement of new organic opportunities.
Emerging Search & Industry Trends:
  • Stayinformed on developments in SEO, AI-powered search, generative search,answer engines, and other emerging digital discovery platforms.
  • Research howchanges in search technology and customer behavior may impact organicvisibility and eCommerce performance.
  • Develop anunderstanding of emerging concepts such as GEO, AEO, and LLM-poweredsearch experiences.
  • Identifypotential opportunities and provide recommendations as industry bestpractices continue to develop and share relevant insights and trends withinternal teams.
Analytics & Insights:
  • Monitororganic search performance and identify trends, opportunities, and areasfor improvement.
  • Analyzeorganic traffic, customer behavior, competitive positioning, and industrychanges.
  • Assist withreporting and communicating organic performance insights.
  • Use data andresearch to support strategic decision-making.
Content & Customer Discovery:
  • Researchcustomer search needs, questions, and behaviors to identify contentopportunities.
  • Collaboratewith Content and Marketing teams to support content strategies that alignwith customer needs.
  • Identifyopportunities to improve content quality, usefulness, and discoverability.
  • Providerecommendations to better connect customers with relevant information andproducts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaboratewith SEO, eCommerce, Marketing, Product, Development, Design, and otherinternal teams.
  • Providerecommendations that support organic growth and customer discoveryinitiatives.
  • Participatein digital projects where search visibility and customer experience areimpacted.
  • Communicatetrends, insights, and recommendations clearly to technical andnon-technical teams.
  • Performsother duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • Experience or demonstrated knowledge in SEO,eCommerce, digital marketing, content strategy, analytics, or relatedfields preferred.
  • Strongunderstanding of SEO principles and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Understandingof eCommerce platforms, customer journeys, and online shopping behavior.
  • Stronginterest in emerging technologies, AI, search innovation, and evolvingcustomer behaviors.
  • Ability toresearch, analyze, and communicate industry trends and opportunities.
  • Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills.
