Job Summary:
We are currently looking for a Facility Maintenance Technician. This role is responsible for ensuring the optimal functionality and reliability of pneumatic equipment. With routine knowledge in pneumatic systems, this role will play a crucial role in troubleshooting and maintaining machinery.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pneumatic equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency.

  • Replace or repair worn or damaged parts, and make necessary adjustments for pneumatic systems.

  • Ensure all pneumatic equipment adheres to industry safety standards and company policies. Responsible for implementing and maintaining safety procedures during maintenance tasks.

  • Maintain comprehensive records of all maintenance activities, equipment modifications, and repairs. Ensure timely SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and other relevant documents are updated.

  • Propose improvements to operational procedures or maintenance processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.

  • Work closely with production, equipment, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations and integration of pneumatic systems.

Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or associate degree.

  • Typically requires a year of related experience in maintaining and troubleshooting pneumatic equipment.

  • Basic knowledge of pneumatic systems, components, and functionalities.

  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Familiarity with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to pneumatic systems.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
