The ideal candidate will have experience in various administrative tasks in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on production employee attendance tracking, HR and Admin coordination, workshop 6S activities, employee feedback collection, and general clerical work. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organizational skills, and have a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

Production Employee Attendance Tracking:

  • Implement and manage a comprehensive system for tracking production employee attendance.
  • Generate reports and analyze attendance data to identify trends and address issues promptly.

HR and Admin Coordination:

  • Act as a liaison between production employees and the HR and Admin departments.
  • Facilitate communication and assist in the resolution of employee-related matters.

Workshop 6S Activities Coordinator:

  • Organize and coordinate 6S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) activities in the workshop.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient working environment.

Employee Feedback Collection:

  • Develop and implement mechanisms to collect feedback from employees.
  • Compile and analyze feedback data to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.

General Clerical Work:

  • Perform routine clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and handling general administrative duties.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and employee relations.
  • Knowledge of 6S principles and experience coordinating related activities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
