We are currently hiring Machine Operators for a growing solar panel frame manufacturing facility in the Madison and Stoughton area. If you're looking for an opportunity to build your manufacturing skills while contributing to the renewable energy industry, we'd love to hear from you!
Schedule:
  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - Midnight

Pay: $17/hr
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
  • Load materials and adjust machine settings as needed
  • Inspect parts during production for defects or inconsistencies
  • Follow work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules
  • Record production and inspection data accurately
  • Identify and report equipment or quality issues
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Support team production goals and daily output

Skills & Experience:
  • Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred
  • Comfortable working with machines and hand tools
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Basic math and measurement skills
  • Forklift experience is a huge plus (not required)
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
