• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health, crafting clinical diagnoses and tailored treatment strategies.
• Deliver individualized therapy sessions, group therapy, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Respond to client crises with immediate support strategies, ensuring safety and stabilization during mental health emergencies.
• Maintain comprehensive client documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment summaries, adhering to ethical standards and all legal requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, social workers, and nursing staff to coordinate comprehensive care and follow a unified approach for client recovery.
• Educate clients and their family members about mental health challenges, treatment options, and community resources, serving as a strong advocate for their needs.
• Commit to ongoing professional development by participating in training, workshops, and relevant certification opportunities to remain current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Our clientele encompasses a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various cultural backgrounds. Many of our clients face challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will significantly impact their journey toward healing, providing culturally-sensitive approaches to therapy and fostering an environment of safety and understanding.

• Must be a licensed Mental Health Counselor, including LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• Holding a Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is essential.
• Possess strong clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities to ensure accurate treatment planning.
• A minimum of two years of related experience in mental health services is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team dynamic.
• A strong commitment to professional ethics and maintaining the highest standards of care.

• Experience in clinical settings involving diverse populations is encouraged, but entry-level candidates with demonstrated interest and relevant experience may be considered.
