Role Description
  • We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with expertise in Salesforce Core Development and specialization in Life Sciences Cloud (LSC), Health Cloud, AgentForce AI Agents, and Data Cloud
  • The ideal candidate will develop custom Salesforce solutions that address complex business needs in healthcare and life sciences
  • Work closely with architects, business analysts, and end users

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows
  • Build and enhance applications specifically within the Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud and Health Cloud environments
  • Integrate and extend AgentForce AI Agent capabilities to automate workflows and improve user interactions
  • Collaborate with data teams to implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions for unified data management, analytics, and reporting
  • Participate in requirements gathering, design sessions, and sprint planning with cross-functional teams
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security policies relevant to healthcare data (e.g., HIPAA compliance)
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Salesforce applications for performance and scalability
