Job description

We're seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud professional to serve as a subject matter expert for multi-channel marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives. This role will partner closely with stakeholders to design, build, and optimize personalized customer communications across email, SMS, and push notification channels.
  • Pay Range - $55-60/HR ON W2

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate marketing objectives into scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
  • Design, build, and manage multi-channel campaigns, customer journeys, and marketing automation workflows.
  • Create engaging customer communications across email, SMS, push notifications, and other digital channels.
  • Develop and maintain data integrations using Salesforce Data Cloud, Data Sync, and ETL tools.
  • Utilize AMPscript and SQL to support personalization and audience segmentation.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize targeting, engagement, and overall effectiveness.
  • Provide technical support and best-practice guidance for campaign execution and troubleshooting.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and integration.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud in a developer, specialist, or similar capacity.
  • Hands-on experience building and managing multi-channel campaigns, including email, SMS, and push notifications.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, customer journeys, and campaign optimization.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external systems using Data Cloud, Data Sync, or ETL tools.
  • Proficiency in AMPscript and SQL.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Financial Services Cloud.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
